Vivian Maier was a street photographer whose hundreds of thousands of photos of life in New York and Chicago in the second half of the 20th century were found at an auction after she died. Evidently she didn’t want anyone to see them, but I’m so happy that we get to. Click on her name to look at more of her extraordinary photos. She had the most amazing eye.
